Jerry is a managing director of LLI Advisory Group and heads the firm's healthcare division. For more than 30 years, he has specialized in accounting, taxation, and estate and financial planning for healthcare practitioners.

Licensed in New York and New Jersey, Gerard is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He has served on the NYSSCPA Personal Financial Planning committee and written articles for The CPA Journal and the New Jersey Dental Association.

Jerry frequently lectures to professional organizations, dental schools, dental societies, and study clubs on year-end tax planning, estate planning, practice management, practice transitions, and start-ups. He serves as Treasurer of Cranford Senior Housing and resides in Cranford, NJ.

Dom is a managing tax director of LLI Advisory Group. For more than 25 years, he has provided tax, accounting, and business consulting services to high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses.

He guides clients through complex tax matters across corporate, partnership, individual, estate, and trust taxation, and helps dental practice buyers analyze acquisitions, perform financial due diligence, and structure entities. Prior to co-founding LLI, Domenick was a tax manager with a national accounting firm.

As the firm's Continuing Education chair, Dom develops in-house training for staff and community groups, and lectures at dental schools, societies, and study clubs. He holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Baruch College and an M.S. in Taxation from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and is licensed in New York and New Jersey (NYSSCPA, NJCPA, AICPA).

Dena joined LLI more than a decade ago and became a partner in 2023. She co-heads the firm's accounting division and specializes in accounting, taxation, and financial planning for healthcare practitioners.

A licensed CPA in New Jersey for over 28 years, Dena's background spans both public accounting and private industry. She holds a joint B.S. in Accounting from Rutgers College and Rutgers School of Business.
